（COCOA) COVID-19 Contact-Tracing Application

The government has released the corona-tracking app, which uses the Apple/Google API, today:

• iOS https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/id1516764458
• Android ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.go.mhlw.covid19radar )

This app uses a  system which respects user privacy completely - your personal information never leaves the app, and no one except you has access to it.  The Google /Apple system just compares your location to people who have reported themselves as having tested positive for the coronavirus.  It’s highly safe and easy to set up.  I recommend it.
